Although we are no longer producing raisin grapes, we believe it remains important to share what is involved in making raisins. Raisin making remains one of the most hand-labor intensive harvest operations in the industry....however, as the labor pool continues to shrink, mechanization is becoming more and more feasible and popular-even among smaller acreage growers.
